Odometer readings are an important part of a vehicle’s history because it indicates how much a vehicle has been driven, which can impact its condition and value. The last reported odometer reading shown on this report is the most recent record received by CARFAX Canada. The current odometer reading on the vehicle could be different from what’s reported here, so checking the physical odometer on the vehicle is the best way to verify the mileage.
This vehicle history report is based on information (https://www.carfax.ca/vehicle-history-data) that was reported and available to CARFAX Canada as of August 08, 2024 (or once all the data was collected from our data sources and the report was complete). CARFAX Canada draws on billions of data records from thousands of sources across North America, and we receive new historical data records every day. There may be other information about this vehicle that has not been reported to CARFAX Canada. When buying a used vehicle, we always recommend using a CARFAX Canada Vehicle History Report, along with a vehicle inspection and test drive, to make an informed decision.
There are many ways that a vehicle can sustain damage, but it typically falls into one of two categories: a motor vehicle accident (where the vehicle collides with another vehicle, a tree, an animal, etc.), or other damage which can include things like hail damage, fire, vandalism, etc. In either case, damage can range from minor (scratches, dings, etc.) to severe (broken axles, bent frame, etc.).
There are no accidents/damage reported on this vehicle.
In Canada, when a vehicle is registered with the Ministry of Transportation, “branding” is applied to classify the condition of the vehicle. Salvage, Rebuilt, Junk and Non-Repairable are examples of negative vehicle branding in Canada. In the U.S., when a vehicle is registered with the Department of Motor Vehicles, a “title” is applied to classify the condition of the vehicle. Salvage, Junk, Rebuilt, Fire, Flood, Hail and Lemon are examples of negative vehicle titles in the U.S. To understand more about each brand/title, refer to the glossary at carfax.ca/glossary.
This vehicle has been registered in the province of Ontario in Canada with Normal branding.
We checked for: Inspection Required, Normal, Non-repairable, Rebuilt, Salvage and Stolen.
Service history gives you an idea of how the vehicle was maintained and the type of condition that it's in. It's possible that service has occurred that is not captured here (for example, the owner may have performed regular oil changes in their garage, which wouldn't show on our reports). We always recommend having the vehicle inspected by a licensed mechanic so that they can assess how the vehicle has been maintained.

Recall notices are issued when the manufacturer or transportation authority detects a potential safety issue or defect with a group of vehicles. This section outlines any open (unfixed) safety recalls on the vehicle that have been reported to CARFAX Canada. Previous safety recalls that have already been fixed (closed) will not show in this section.
Recall Description
If a 220V/240V wall plug becomes overburdened when the compact/portable charging system cable is being used to charge the high-voltage batteries in your vehicle, the home wiring can become overheated. If this happens, overheating of the home infrastructure can eventually cause permanent damage to the house socket and charging cable, increasing the risk of a fire.
Remedy
If a customer advises they do not wish to use the 220/240V compact/portable charging cable any longer, or for any used vehicles in inventory, remove the charging cable from the vehicle and destroy it. A replacement 220/240V charging cable is not presently available. Audi will also provide owners with a FREE replacement 220V/240V cable under a future service campaign. Owners will be notified via first-class mail when a new cable is available for their vehicle. .The compact/portable charging unit and 110V home charging cable are not affected by this recall. This recall only affects the 220V/240V compact/portable charging cable. Owners may notice that this cable may feel hot when touched (e.g., when being unplugged by the user after charging). .As a precaution, owners are advised not to use the 220V/240V compact/portable charging cable at the 100% charge setting. Owners may continue to use this cable only if it is set to the 50% charge setting.
This recall was open as of the date/time that this report was generated. For more information, or to find out if the recall has been closed, please contact AUDI or visit Audi's website. (https://web.audiusa.com/recall)
Recall Description
A potentially critical self-discharge condition exists in certain high-voltage battery modules that, in some instances, may lead to thermal overload, possibly resulting in smoke or a fire. A high-voltage battery overheating increases the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Interim Monitoring Program for High-Voltage (HV) Battery Modules: A FREE high-voltage battery module inspection program is available for affected vehicles. This is not a recall remedy, but an interim step to help monitor the vehicles high-voltage battery modules until the recall remedy becomes available. Contact your authorized Audi dealer for complete details and to schedule an appointment..As a precaution, Audi recommends setting the maximum battery charge to 80%. This is an important measure to help protect the high-voltage battery modules in affected vehicles until the recall remedy is available. During the first battery module inspection, dealers will affix labels to the vehicle as a reminder to set the maximum battery charge to 80%..The vehicle owners manual contains important information about charging the vehicle, and regarding the vehicles warning lights and messages. We encourage owners and anyone who drives the vehicle to review the owners manual to become familiar with charging procedures, and with the types of vehicle indicators, warnings and messaging they may see.
This recall was open as of the date/time that this report was generated. For more information, or to find out if the recall has been closed, please contact AUDI or visit Audi's website. (https://web.audiusa.com/recall)
If the vehicle is currently reported as stolen, we’ll let you know in this section. If the vehicle was previously stolen (at any point during its life) and was recovered, it won’t be reflected here.
